Registration Agreement of World Codingbee Championship

In order to successfully hold the related events of the CODINGBEE, Makebot Robotic Solutions Private Limited reaches the following Agreement with registered users. The registered user must carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions. The registered user is not entitled to use the related services of CODINGBEE Competition, and cannot participate in the related events of CODINGBEE Competition unless he/she has read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement. By registering, logging in or posting any information, the registered user is deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

The user’s terms for registration of the CODINGBEE Competition are as follows:

1. In order to successfully hold the related events of the CODINGBEE, the Makebot Robotic Solutions Private Limited, the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee (referred to as “the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee”). The Makebot Robotics owns the copyright and other related rights of the events.
2. The registered user shall understand that the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee may charge related fees, the details of the fees will be published by the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee on website (www.worldcodingbee.com), or otherwise will be notified to the registered user in order to enable the registered user and the members to get better event services. The relative notice of the fees will be considered as an integral part of this Agreement.
3. The registered user shall submit relevant personal information to register an official account according to the requirements on the official website (www.worldcodingbee.com). Any false, illegal, inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the approval of qualification of the registered user, which may result in the user not being able to participate in the related events of CODINGBEE Competition. If the false or illegal information provided by the registered user cause the reputation or substantial damage to any other party or the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee, Makebot Robotic Solutions Private Limited or its group, the registered user shall bear the corresponding legal liabilities.
4. When submitting relevant information of others to register an official account according to the requirements of website (www.worldcodingbee.com), the registrant shall obtain their assent and permission of their guardians. If any reputation or substantial damages are caused to registered user and their guardians, any other party or CODINGBEE Organizing Committee, Makebot Robotic Solutions Private Limited or its group without the consent of registered user and their guardians, the registrant shall bear corresponding legal liabilities. Any false, illegal, inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the approval of qualification of registered user, which may result in registered user not being able to participate in the related events of CODINGBEE Competition.
5. The registered user will receive a password and an account from the official website (www.worldcodingbee.com) after successful registration. The registered user shall be responsible for keeping the password and the account, and be fully responsible for all activities and events in the account. The CODINGBEE Organizing Committee, Makebot Robotic Solutions Private Limited or its group do not assume any responsibility for the leakage of any personal or organizational data caused by the registered user for telling to or sharing with others about the password and the account. In this case, the registered user shall bear relevant liabilities.
6. The CODINGBEE Organizing Committee will assign staff to ensure the security and non-infringement of the website information and protect all the registration and project information submitted by the registered users on the website (www.worldcodingbee.com), except for force majeure, laws and regulations and other requirements by the government authorities.
7. The information, pictures and texts submitted by the registered user during the registration shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights and any other rights of a third party, or shall have obtained the legal and effective authorization of the third party, and the registered user shall not upload any illegal information. If the registered user is found that any information submitted is unauthorized, infringing on the intellectual property rights or other rights of the third party, or violating the laws, regulations or other regulatory documents, such information must be deleted or modified in time. The CODINGBEE Organizing Committee also has the right to request the registered user to delete or modify accordingly. If any reputation or substantial damages have been caused thereby to any other party or the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee, Makebot Robotic Solutions Private Limited or its group, the registered user shall bear corresponding legal liabilities.
8. After registering as the CODINGBEE user, the registered user can enjoy the services such as referring study material, demo classes, workshops, registering for competition, etc., and may also enjoy other services provided by the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee, including real-time information, objects, forums, etc., but the registered user shall bear full liabilities for the actions of team members including himself/herself.
9. The registered user must fully read the information such as the event manuals, rules, notices, announcements, etc. and comply with the safety rules, competition rules, schedules, and systems when participating in the related events of CODINGBEE or accepting related services of CODINGBEE.
10. The registered user must comply with the corresponding rules set by the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee, including without limitation the number of demo, age and composition, etc. otherwise the registration cannot be made successfully. If the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee finds that the registered user or its members do not comply with the corresponding rules of the related events of CODINGBEE Robotic Competition, the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee may ask the registered user to make adjustments or withdraw from the event.
11. Only the technical staffs of CODINGBEE are authorized to view all information about the registered users. The registered user hereby agree and authorize the technical staffs of CODINGBEE to use the information for publication on the website (www.worldcodingbee.com), promotion, technical sharing, announcements etc.
12. The registered user shall fully understand that the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee may submit the information of registered users and members to the affiliates of the company to which the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee belongs, and shall have the right to collect, analyse and use the information of registered users through a third party in order to better provide services. The registered user and members hereby agree and authorize the staffs of CODINGBEE to collect, analyse and use such information.
13. In order to enable the registered user to obtain comprehensive information about the related events of CODINGBEE Competition, the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee may send the relevant information to the registered user and members by e-mail, SMS or other ways.
14. The registered user agrees and authorizes the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee, Makebot Robotic Solutions Private Limited or its group to use and share the texts, images, audios, pictures, etc. formed by the registered user and members during the preparation and competition by many ways, including without limitation official events of the CODINGBEE Organizing Committee. The CODINGBEE Organizing Committee, Makebot Robotic Solutions Private Limited or its group shall have the rights to authorize the use by other channels and any third parties.
15. The Makebot Robotic Solutions Private Limited has the right to modify or supplement the terms of this Agreement in special circumstances and prompt to modify or supplement the content on the important page of the official website (www.worldcodingbee.com). If the registered user does not agree with the modified or supplemented content, he/she can voluntarily give up the related services and withdraw from the related events of the CODINGBEE Competition. If the registered user continues to accept any services and participate in the events, he/she is deemed as having accepted all the modified terms,
16. The registered user understands and agrees that, the Makebot Robotic Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, limit, terminate or revoke all or part of the services for related events of the CODINGBEE for business development at any time without any notices. The registered user shall undertake such risks.
17. The validity, interpretation, alteration, enforcement and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. If there are no relevant laws, the general international business practices and/or industry practices shall be referred. If any provision of the Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding
